手工焊接前采用自动破锡机提前对焊锡丝进行破锡处理后再使用,其原理就是在破锡机自动送出锡线时利用经过特殊设计的圆形破锡刀片在锡线上打出一个个小孔,这样在焊接时就会使里面的助焊剂在烙铁加热时气化,在锡线融化之前渗出一部分,从而达到降低锡珠飞溅的目的。
